November 5, 2007: 2007 National Forum on the Human Right to Housing
A Nationwide Video-conferenced Training for Advocates, Multiple Sites
The National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty (NLCHP) and the Centre on Housing Rights and Evictions will lead this video-conferenced training which will be offered through multiple training sites: Washington, DC (Holland & Knight LLP), Chicago (Holland & Knight LLP), New Orleans (U.S. District Court House), Minneapolis (University of Minnesota Law School), and Los Angeles (Holland & Knight LLP). The training will allow advocates nationwide, connected via video-conference, to discuss the human rights strategies they are using to advocate on behalf of homeless and poor women, men, and children. The conference registration fee helps cover the cost of materials and lunch.
